Refund & Return Policy

Do you have a project that you think we will love, or maybe you just want to say hello to us?


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online gallery. If for any reason you’re not happy with the artwork you received, here’s our return policy:

  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your artwork to initiate a return. To do so, please contact our customer support team (on the form below) with your order number, a picture of the product, and your reason for returning it.
  • Please package the artwork securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the return address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we’ll process your refund pr replacement. This will be completed within 14 business days.

Please note, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, and we will not accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or modified. We’re not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping, so if your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
